Hey there. The workouts are pretty hard in the beginning but it helped a lot that I trained with my little sister, so we actually had lots of fun. I lost a lot in my first 10 weeks, my body completely changed. I now keep training twice a week to compensate for my rather festive week-ends. That's my deal!

I've never thought I will ever start a workout program. I started with the nutritional coaching only, but then got pushed by my friends Beckie and Melissa to follow the workouts, too. The first time, I thought I'm going to die but after a couple of trainings I got used to it. The trainings are pretty short and so varied, it's actually quite addictive once you've got the hang of it.

Seriously, it's made a huge difference in my life. I had no clue what to eat, I actually have been through a diet before, but with the vids and the nutrition guide, it's made so easy. Anyways, I'm so happy, it's totally worth it. I feel fitter than in my twenties.
